Attend a general meeting

Open to every Clague family. Hear the budget, ask administration questions directly, and vote on spending.

~2 hours a month

Fundraising, events, staff appreciation, or communications. Committees do the planning; you don't have to be on the board.

One 2-hour shift

The lowest-commitment way to help. Show up, do one job, go home. Shifts are posted on each grade page.

5 minutes

Constructive feedback shapes what we fund. Email the board or raise it at a meeting — both are read.
